Funny thing to happen at an event?

The confetti cannon just kept going off at an event. We had to keep cleaning up the confetti on the dancefloor so guests could carry on dancing!

What do you like most about events?

Creating memorable experiences for people.

What is your favourite thing about events?

Being an avid golfer, The Ryder Cup is probably my favourite event.

What has been your favourite destination for an event?

Oman. The hotels are incredible as is the service, weather and range of options for dinner venues and activities. Snorkelling with the turtles was one of best experiences in life!

What is your favourite part of your job?

I love getting to know clients / events and bring the event to life via the registration site and event app. Being the first major touch point with the delegates first impressions really count and I love being a part of it.

What would be your dream location for an event?

Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

Funny thing that has happened on an event?

I hosted a dinner for 130 guests at a Lisbon museum. While inspecting tables, I accidentally stepped into the fountain at the room's centre. Fortunately, I had a pair of spare shoes for the event!

What is the most fun part of your job?

Witnessing the successful execution of events. Creating enjoyable experiences for clients and attendees, brings a sense of accomplishment and joy.

What do you like most about events?

Managing details and seeing the creativity unfold is truly fulfilling.

Where is your dream destination to host an event?

Australia or New Zealand

What is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?

I enjoy going out for food and drinks with my friends or family whenever I get the chance!

Spending time with my family, grandchildren, and friends.

Not having enough hours in the day!

Being told by a famous TV Chef that I reminded him of his ex-wife.

Campervan travels and seeing new places.

Expanding my financial knowledge and contributing to team success.

Christmas Party - Christmas is the most magical time of the year.

Spending time with my family and making memories with my children.

Learning more about corporate events in Europe, how to effectively plan and deliver great events.

Going to the theatre! I specifically love fringe theatre!

Being able to be creative with new ideas for entertainment and theming, and of course, bringing people together!

Where is your dream destination to host an event?

I would love to host an event somewhere exotic like Bali or Costa Rica.

Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney.

What is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?

I love to play netball, when I'm not doing that, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.

I love the glitz and glam of a gala dinner.

It used to be riding my motorcycle… now it's going for long, fast paced walks.

Seeing all of the little details that take lots of planning come to life on site.

Hanoi, Vietnam

What has been your favourite event?

My favourite event was in 2022, at Evolution, Battersea. The brief was “Around the World”, so entertainment consisted of a flash mob, roving elephants, henna, glitter, Bollywood dancing, a black cab photo booth.

What is the most fun part of your job?

It would have to be the variety – no event is the same, no location is the same, even the client preferences are always varied.

Where is your dream destination to host an event?

I would love to host an event in a Greek Island like Corfu.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

My favourite thing to do in my spare time is go out with my friends, listen to music with them while enjoying some drinks.

Seeing them come to life! I love getting creative, coming up with new and whacky ideas - crazier the better!

Travelling is very high on the list! But I also love going out for dinner and trying new restaurants.

Large-scale parties.

The pyramids in Egypt were an impressive gala dinner backdrop!

The diverse experiences of events, no two event are the same.

Probably parties, you see everyone enjoying themselves with great food and music.

Tokyo, Japan

The people aspect, you get to meet people from different professions with all sorts of experiences, it's exciting and different.

Where would you like to host an event?

I would love to host an event in Australia or Morocco, they both look incredible and their culture is so unique.

Everyone’s faces at the end of an event, knowing we did a great job.

What is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?

Going on long walks and reading a good book.

Venice. The city is so unique with so much history, from the gondolas to their enchanting Venetian masks.

Exploring new cities and countries and learning all the great things they have to offer.

Every day is a new challenge.

Dubai, as everything is within proximity.

The more complicated the better (is that weird?)

Family, friends, travel, good food and wine – ideally all together!

Love getting away from it all in my Campervan.

My colleagues always make me laugh no matter how stressful things get.

What has been your favourite destination for an event?

India is an incredible destination for incentives! From playing elephant polo to having tea at the palace with a Maharajah, it really offers a once in a lifetime experience.

What is the most fun part of your job?

Finding the right venue to fit all the differing criteria for an event. It can sometimes feel like hunting for a unicorn, but when you hit upon the perfect solution its very satisfying!!

I love the process of creating events from scratch and watching how a raw idea on a blank canvas transforms into an emotional experience for people.

What is the most fun part of your job?

The job itself is what I love! I enjoy creating unforgettable experiences for people and, hopefully, making them a little happier.

Relaxing in my comfies for a binge-watch, or out and about socialising!

I would love to do an event on the Raffles Yacht.
