Senior Delegate Manager
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delegate Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of global corporate events by managing the delegate experience from registration to post-event follow up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the end-to-end delegate management process for corporate events, including registration, accommodation, travel, and on-site coordination.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their specific needs and expectations are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics, event materials, and communication strategies.
Implement and utilise delegate management software/tools for efficient registration and tracking.
Manage the assistant delegate manager and, together, ensure that relevant team members are sufficiently able to use the delegate management systems.
Analyse and report on delegate data to enhance future event planning and execution.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the delegate experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in corporate event delegate management.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in delegate management apps – ideally Dataflow and CrowdComms
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three years’ experience of delegate management.
Overseas experience desired but not essential.
