An F1 Inspired Leadership Conference

Bringing together 80 senior delegates from across the UK, Europe, the US, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, this global leadership conference was designed to inspire future thinking, strengthen leadership behaviours and encourage teams to take ownership of the outcome. Hosted over three days in Surrey, the event combined high level conference content with immersive experiences that reflected the client’s focus on innovation, collaboration and performance. From venue sourcing and delegate management through to production, transfers and creative delivery, our team managed every detail to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

The conference theme took inspiration from the world of Formula One, creating an energetic atmosphere that ran throughout the programme. Delegates stepped into a fully branded environment complete with illuminated stage design, LED features, interactive activations and a custom built commitment wall where attendees shared personal pledges for the year ahead. A standout moment came during the offsite experience at Mercedes Benz World, where delegates took part in race car building challenges, simulator experiences and a gala dinner surrounded by iconic motorsport displays. The creative touches continued through personalised gifting, themed branding and thoughtful engagement moments that made the experience feel both meaningful and memorable.

Behind the scenes, careful budget management and creative problem solving allowed the event to deliver maximum impact while remaining under budget. Our team negotiated reduced venue costs, introduced sustainable alternatives across the event and managed supplier challenges without disruption to the client experience. The result was a conference praised by both delegates and senior leadership, with one executive describing the event as “next level”. Most importantly, the event created an environment where people connected, reflected and left feeling energised about the future of the business.
