Celebrating Staff Achievements in Sardinia

A client asked us to create an incentive trip to reward top performers and create lasting memories.   We delivered on that brief with a three day event for 130 people at the Pullman Almar Timi Ama Resort and Spa, in Sardinia.  

Guests arrived to enjoy a relaxed BBQ on the beach.  The following morning featured the Beach Olympics, a team building competition, with activities including puzzle-making, cocktail crafting, kayaking, and archery.  After some afternoon leisure, delegates dined at local Italian restaurants, providing an authentic culinary experience. 

On the final day, guests continued to enjoy activities, from quad biking and historical tours to spa sessions with massages.  The event concluded with a spectacular gala dinner, dancing and an award ceremony.
