Engaging Event in Central London

An engaging event for 1300 people in Central London?  No problem!

The brief from our UK client was to organise an engaging kick-off one-day event for 1300 people in central London, including plenary session and networking opportunities. 

Locating a venue to accommodate over 1000 delegates can be a challenge; Central Hall, Westminster offered the perfect space for this event, is centrally located with excellent access by rail and tube networks.

Guests enjoyed some tasty treats during the meeting session including pick ‘n’ mix pots including popcorn, cheese straws and broad beans.

After the close of the meeting, delegates enjoyed delicious bowl food and a drink or two – and plenty of staff on hand to cater for everyone.
