When a global logistics leader partnered with one of the world’s most recognised consumer brands to launch a new fulfilment centre in Vietnam, the goal was clear. Create an opening ceremony that felt polished, immersive and effortlessly delivered from the moment guests arrived. With around 130 attendees including international visitors from Europe and the US, every touchpoint needed to reflect professionalism while still capturing a sense of creativity and excitement. Our team managed the full event delivery onsite, from supplier coordination and production management through to guest experience, catering, branding installations and ceremonial moments.

The event transformed an operational fulfilment centre into a vibrant and engaging launch environment. Guests were welcomed by a bilingual hospitality team before moving through a carefully designed event space featuring a custom stage set, branded tour stations, photo backdrops and creative interactive details woven throughout the experience.
A standout moment came during the ribbon cutting ceremony, elevated with personalised materials, lighting effects and seamless technical production including live translation, video playback and full AV support. Behind the scenes, our strong relationships with local suppliers allowed us to deliver high quality production and creative execution while maintaining tight budget controls despite several last minute additions and content changes in the lead up to the event.
The result was a smooth and memorable inauguration that balanced operational precision with brand storytelling. From the flow of arrivals to the final guest interactions, the experience felt seamless and considered at every stage. Professional photography and drone videography captured the atmosphere of the day and provided valuable content for future internal and social media communications. Most importantly, the event gave guests a powerful first impression of the new facility while reinforcing the innovation, energy and attention to detail behind the brand itself.
