Making Emerging Markets Immersive
In February 2026, Viva Esprit worked with the President of Emerging Markets from a multinational consumer goods company to deliver their first ever four-day leadership programme for 100 delegates representing key growth markets including India, Malaysia and the Middle East.  Â

Plenary sessions, interactive showcases and networking opportunities were all designed to strengthen connections between teams operating across very different markets, while immersive demonstrations helped delegates visualise and appreciate how products are sold in different parts of the world, highlights included: Â
A Malaysian influencer presented consumer goods against a green screen, while delegates viewed the content as it would appear on a live social media feed with likes and comments appearing in real time. Â
An Indian convenience shop was recreated, using printed backdrops and shelves stocked with familiar snacks and everyday goods to mirror the real-life in-store environment and promote a new app. Â
