When a group of 20 senior professionals gathered in London to discuss the future of sustainability, we knew the event itself had to be a living example of the values at its core.

Working alongside a client who is equally committed to meaningful action, we were inspired to raise the bar and deliver a gathering that didn’t just look sustainable – it was. From concept to clean-up, every element of the experience was considered through an environmental lens.

Key Sustainability Highlights:

• All signage, name cards, and printed collateral were made using fully recycled and recyclable materials – minimising waste without compromising design impact.

• Delegates were provided with thoughtfully sourced notebooks and pens made from sustainable materials, encouraging mindful note-taking without environmental cost.

• Our catering team created a delicious, seasonal menu with a strong emphasis on plant-based ingredients. The result? A reduced carbon footprint and rave reviews from guests.

• The event was hosted at The Zetter Clerkenwell, a hotel renowned for its commitment to sustainability. From energy-efficient systems and low-water usage to robust recycling practices and minimal plastic, their ethos aligned perfectly with our goals.
