Transforming a Client's Office into a 25th Anniversary Celebration in London

Viva Esprit delivered a 25th anniversary celebration for a long-standing partnership between a global IT Service company and an insurance organisation, bringing together 40 C-suite executives to mark this important milestone. Hosted at the technology company's London office, the event transformed the 19th-floor event space and terrace into a stylish setting for an evening of celebration, networking and connection.

With just three weeks to plan and deliver the event, Viva Esprit coordinated the creative styling, catering, entertainment and personalised details to create an experience that reflected the significance of the occasion.

The Experience

The celebration featured a silver theme throughout, with carefully considered florals, centrepieces, balloons and LED lighting transforming the office space. A live jazz band provided the soundtrack for the evening, creating a relaxed atmosphere for guests to connect and celebrate together.

Personalised touches brought the experience to life, including engraved keyrings, bespoke tiramisu and a bar featuring the organisation's branding. Guests enjoyed a selection of canapés, bowl food and cocktails prepared by a mixologist, bringing together a varied food and drink offering for the occasion.

One of the standout features was the personalised tiramisu, designed as a fun alternative to a traditional dessert. Created for sharing, it provided an interactive moment for guests and encouraged conversation throughout the evening.
