About the RoleÂ
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Creative / Junior Designer to join our Creative Services team and support the delivery of high-quality, imaginative creative across events, experiences, campaigns and wider brand communications.Â
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their creative career to develop their skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with senior creatives, event teams and clients, supporting concept development and producing creative assets that help bring ideas to life.Â
You’ll be hands-on, curious, and eager to learn and contribute fresh thinking while building strong foundations in creative delivery, brand consistency and storytelling within live experiences, design outputs and film content.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Create & SupportÂ
Support the creative development of projects across brand, digital, campaigns, live events and experiences.Â
Assist with concept development, mood boards, visual research and creative treatmentsÂ
Design and produce creative assets such as presentations, graphics, logos, layouts, visuals and event branding materialsÂ
Adapt and roll out creative concepts across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency and qualityÂ
Work closely with the Lead Creative and wider Creative Services team to bring ideas to lifeÂ
Collaborate with event teams and external suppliers to ensure creative intent is delivered accuratelyÂ
Support creative briefings, internal reviews, and pitch preparationÂ

Learn & DevelopÂ
Take feedback positively and apply it to continually improve your workÂ
Develop your understanding of live events, experiential design brand storytelling, design systems and creative problem-solvingÂ
Stay curious about design trends, tools, technologies and visual inspirationÂ
Build on your technical skills across relevant design software and creative platformsÂ
DeliverÂ
Produce design work to a high standard, on time and aligned to the briefÂ
Manage multiple tasks across different projects with good organisation and attention to detailÂ
Help maintain well-structured files, templates and shared creative assetsÂ
Skills and ExperienceÂ
EssentialÂ
A degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Visual Communication or a related field or demonstrable early-career experienceÂ
A strong portfolio showing creativity, design fundamentals and attention to detailÂ
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop as a minimum)Â
A good eye for layout, typography, colour and compositionÂ
A genuine passion for your craftÂ
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetÂ
Enthusiasm for events, experiences and creative problem-solvingÂ
DesirableÂ
Experience (freelance or professional) working on working on real-world projects, ideally live events, brand activations, experiential projects or campaignsÂ
Basic motion, video or digital design skillsÂ
Familiarity with presentation design and stakeholder reviewsÂ
