The New Age of Events: Meeting Evolving Delegate Needs

25th Nov 2024

'Thank you very much for your help to prepare this virtual event. It was a first for us and the feedback we received from the participants was really amazing. The participants were numerous and highly engaged. It impressed everyone!'

CEO Chief of Staff for a Business Services Client

'It was not an easy event and we had an intense preparation all together, with many difficulties, hesitations and last minute changes, not to mention managing the 70 speakers and the 2000 guests. But the result is here, and I am personally very proud of what we did together. So, again, thank you!'

CEO Chief of Staff for Global Technology Client

'And our teachers in that journey — the amazing Viva team — I don’t know how you do that day in and out. You must all be made of steel. Thank you for your commitment, patience, knowledge and most of all, almost preternatural calm in the face of chaos.'

Chief Marketing Officer for Financial Services Client

'The event was a huge success and I’m super proud of what we delivered. I couldn’t have asked for more from your team - loved the creativity, attention to small details, collaboration… and overall it felt like the event mattered just as much to Holly and Emma as it did us as the client - which reflected in the outcome.'

Director for Global Technology Client

'Your team was also spectacular. The personalities, customer centricity and professional demeanour of your team was phenomenal.'

Executive Assistant for a FMCG Client

“I am a firm believer of the fact that a certain state of calm comes with experience and expertise. And calmness comes from confidence rather than a lack of concern. Your team fully embodied the above. It was an absolute pleasure. Thank you again and see you soon for more adventures.”

Global Corporate Client

'I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help. All went very smoothly, and our clients had a wonderful time. We definitely couldn't have done it without you!'

Marketing Manager - UK & Ireland Technology Client

'Just wow! I asked Nadine and team to come up with ideas for my 50th birthday and they suggested an Ibiza Club theme which was absolutely spot on! Every little details was taken care of and the party was beyond my wildest expectation! My 51st is already booked with them - can't wait!'
